PURPOSE:To increase the saturation magnetic flux density and to improve the wear resistance by adding prescribed percentages of Mo, Ti, Mn, W, V, Zr and Fe to Ni. CONSTITUTION:This wear resistant magnetic alloy having high magnetic permeability consists of, by weight, 75-85% Ni, 0.1-5% Mo, 0.1-5% Ti, 0.1-5% Mn, <=3% in total of one or more among 0.1-3% each of W, V and Zr, and the balance Fe. The alloy is easily rolled and worked into a core chip and has high saturation magnetic flux density and superior wear resistance. |
