Connector for space frame members

The frame member has an extension (58) carrying a spherical end (60). The connection is formed by internal (26) and external (10) clamps which together form a housing for the spherical end. - The clamps are utilised in pairs and assembled on a central shaft (54) with cupped rings (50,52). The internal and external clamps are bolted together with nuts and bolts (46).
