PURPOSE:The titled food having no offensive smell of soybean of its own, an extremely improved taste, suitable as a raw food, producible simply and inexpen sively, obtained by using soybeans which are genetically deficient in lipoxygenase L-2 and L-3 simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:Soybeans which are genetically deficient in lipoxygenase L-2 and L-3 of three lipoxygenases of soybean are used, and processed by a conven tional procedure, to give the aimed food. |
