PURPOSE:To improve the check speed by providing a means, which sets optional one of package output terminal groups connected to output terminal groups, to the high impedance state, and an input terminal which selects this optional package output terminal group from the external. CONSTITUTION:A logic integrated circuit package 1 is provided with a main body part 10, an output control part 11 installed between output terminal groups of the main body part 10 and package output terminal groups, and a selecting part 12. Plural logic ICs are combined to constitute the main body part 10, and the main body part 10 outputs results of prescribed logical operations to package output terminal groups O0-Om. The output control part 11 is provided with output control circuit groups C0-Cm; and when a selecting signal from the selecting part 12 is in the high level, the output control part 11 sets the corresponding output terminal O to the high impedance state independently of the main body part 10. When the package 1 is checked, the selecting command is supplied to input terminal groups S0-SK before a series of test patterns are supplied to input terminal groups I0-Im, and the check speed is raised. |
