PURPOSE:To attain interruption dialing even during polling by allowing a central station to provide an interruption slot with a proper interval during the polling when the central station applies data transmission to plural terminal stations with polling. CONSTITUTION:The central station and the terminal station are constituted similarly, a control section 12 processes information generated by an information generating section 11 into data, the result is converted into a base and signal such as an FSK signal by a modulation-demodulation section 13 and the result is fed to a data/voice switching section 14. A transmitter-receiver 15 is connected to the switch section 14, the control section 12 controls the switch section 14 to manage the transmission/ reception of data/voice. The signal selected by the switch section 14 is given to a radio part 16, where the signal modulates a radio carrier and the modulated wave is transmitted from an antenna 17. The data reception is outputted to an information output section 18 via the control section. After the data transmission by polling is applied at the central station at every terminal station, e.g., 5, an interruption permission signal X and a reception slot signal Y are set, the interruption of voice is received from the terminal station and the data is transmitted by polling to all the terminal stations, the switch section 14 is switched into the talking mode.
