PURPOSE:To adjust viscosity to an objective viscosity value rapidly and precisely by detecting the load of a motor for a mixing agitator and controlling the volume of a solvent or a solute in accordance with the mixed degree. CONSTITUTION:A viscosity adjusting device supplies solvents (solutes) having different viscosity values to the mixing agitator vessel 1 through feed pipes 2, 3 respectively and agitates the solvents (solutes) by the agitator 4 to adjust the viscosity. The agitator 4 is driven by a motor 5 driven by a power source 6. A load signal of the motor 5 is applied to a control device 8 through a load signal generator 7 and its operation is executed in accordance with a control condition previously applied by a programmer 9. The operated result is con verted into an operation signal for actuating a control valve 10 and outputted, so that the opening/closing degree of the valve 10 is determined and the viscos ity of the mixed solution 11 in the vessel 1 can be kept at a fixed level. |
