摘要

PURPOSE:To make a television camera small in size in terms of the solid-state image pickup device in a package structure by aligning the center of a photosensitive picture element array to that of a package. CONSTITUTION:The center of the photosensitive picture element array 11 is contained in a cavity 21e so that it can be aligned to the center of the package frame body 21. Thus the diameter of a lens-barrel containing the solid-state image pickup device can be microminiaturized, thereby the television camera is miniaturized.
