摘要 |
PURPOSE:To make an operation easy and to detect correctly the lost torque without having the effects of radial load and thrust load by using a pneumatic static pressure bearing device and by performing the detection of lost torque via a torque wire. CONSTITUTION:The high pressure air fed to the ports 14, 20 of a bearing torque measuring instrument 1 is jetted toward minute gaps 7, 19 from the air jet nozzles 12, 18 of each pneumatic static pressure bearing of a fixed frame 6. The rocking frame 8 to which an end plate 15 is fixed becomes in the state of being axially fitted neutrally against the fixed frame. Now when a rotary driving is given to a rotary shaft 9 the rocking frame 8 is going to rotate having received a rotational torque via a roller bearing 10. This rotational torque is impressed on the device 5 via the torque wire 23 fixed between the rocking frame 8 and load detecting device 5. The device 5 can therefore detect correctly the rolling friction itself of the roller bearing 10. |
