<p>PURPOSE:To speed up switching of word lines by utilizing that the operating speed of a pnp bipolar transistor (TR) is slow so as to draw an electric charge from a current return surely with a comparatively simple and less number of elements. CONSTITUTION:When a word line 1 is switched from a selecting into a non- selecting state and its potential is switched from a high to a low potential, a TRQ5 of a constant current circuit 53 is switched from ON to OFF state after a slight propagation delay time tdl from the switching. In this case, the electric charge is drawn out of the current return 2 for the delay time tdl until the TRQ5 switches from ON to OFF state. Thus, the trailing of the potential of the word line 1 is quickened. The electric charge drawing from the current return 2 is attained surely with a very less number of stages of the circuit by inserting a differential inverter circuit comprising pnp bipolar TRs Q3, Q4 to the transmission path.</p> |
