PURPOSE:To obtain barley or rye flour having smoothness, glutinousness, and good taste, by processing barley or rye to give whole barley or rye, milling and grinding the total amount without adding water, grinding simultaneously the total fibrous material, and sieving them. CONSTITUTION:Barley or rye is processed into whole barley or rye having 50-90wt% yield of polishing degree. Then, the total amount of the polished barley or rye is directly milled and ground by the grinder without adding water at all, and simultaneously the total amount of fibrous materials such as KOKUJOSEN (black line), etc., is ground in this grinding process, to give flour having >=200 meshes in average. Then, the flour is sent to a sieve such as vibration type shifter with 80 meshes, to give the aimed barley or rye flour. |
