RECORDING METHOD OF IC CARD

PURPOSE:To issue an IC card quickly and economically by recording personal information on a magnetic stripe and reading this information with a magnetic reader and converting this information to recording information and recording this information on an IC memory and erasing information on the magnetic stripe. Personal information is converted to recording information to the IC memory of an IC module and is recorded on the IC memory.
