PURPOSE:To lower a conveying rate to some extent as well as to improve reliability in a feeder, by controlling the on-off operation of a gate, while disposing parts in the specified order at a parts takeout spot of a transfer device, and intermittently driving the transfer device in response to a position of the gate. CONSTITUTION:A conveying device corresponding to (n) pieces of integrated circuit feeders moves as far as one pitch a time. At an IC takeout spot No.0, an IC gate of ni+No.1 necessary after ni times is opened and if an IC is transferred onto the conveying device, only such a gate that materilizes a precondition is opened, increasing IC density on the conveying device, and when passing through No.1, 100 percent arrangement comes to an end.
