PURPOSE:To improve the comfortability and the operationability by positioning the upper face of an intermediate case in flush with the step face thereby ensuring a wide foot space formed with flat face at the foot section of driver seat without bringing the step face to high position. CONSTITUTION:An engine block 1 is arranged in front of the body and the front chassis 15 is secured to the lower section of the block 1 which projecting forward. While the clutch housing 2 is secured to the rear. A transmission case 5 is arranged to the rear of the body where the case 5 and the housing 2 are coupled through an intermediate case 6 to constitute the machine body 16. While a steering wheel 19 is arranged above the housing 2 and the seat 20 is arranged above the case 5 to constitute the driver seat 21. The driver seat 21 is constituted with a flat face where the upper face 6a of the case 6 is formed in flush with the step face 7.
