OBSERVATION OF SOLDERING STATE IN REFLOWING FURNACE

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable observation of the soldering state in the reflowing furnace at the outside of the furnace by composing a fiberscope and a light guide to be carried in the reflowing furnace following to a printed board to be soldered. CONSTITUTION:Cream solder of preform solder is stuck onto a conductor 1a of a printed board. The electric parts loaded on printed board keeping a terminal of its electronic parts on the solder is carried into a reflowing furnace to solder by a conveyor 6. And also a fiberscope 7 and a light guide 8 keeping their front terminals 7a, 8a attached near to the electronic parts is carried into the reflowing furnace following to the printed board 1. Thus, A portion to be soldered can be illuminated by the light from the light guide 8 and the state of soldering in the reflowing furnace 5 can be observed at the rear terminal 7b of the fiberscope 7.
