PURPOSE:To automatically prevent rapid changing of the load current with a swift ON or OFF operation of a power source by an operator, by providing a control circuit for preventing the rapid change of voltage to be applied to an integrated circuit or the like as load when the power source is turned ON or OFF. CONSTITUTION:A starting switch S1 is connected to an input terminal of an IC1 of a flip flop circuit 1 between it and the earth while a stopping switch S2 to an input terminal of an IC2 between it and the earth. The output on the IC1 side of the flip flop circuit 1 is connected to a light emitting diode of a photocoupler Q1 while the output on the IC2 thereof is connected to a light emitting diode of a photocoupler Q2. On other hand, a phototransistor of the photocoupler Q1 acts a transistor switch and a time constant circuit comprising a resistance R1 and a capacitor C is connected between it and the earth. The phototransistor of the photocoupler Q2 also acts as transistor switch and a time constant circuit comprising a resistance R2 and the capacitor C is connected between it and the earth.
