PURPOSE:To obtain a visible fault image of a high resolution by almost non- magnetizing constructive parts of a diode circuit. CONSTITUTION:A diode stack 20A is composed of a stainless sprig 21A, a diode 22, a stainless fixture 23A, a stainless fastener, for instance, a bolt and a nut 24A, and an aluminium cooling fin 25. A stainless is non-magnetized body, and it does not disturb a magnetic distribution at all. Therefore, as constructive parts of the diode stack 20A are almost non-magnetized, a magnetic distribution is not disturbed. The stainless spring 21A presses both the diode 22 and the cooling fin in order to bring the 25 into good contact with the 22, the stainless fixture 23A is to build the diode stack 20A in other devices, and the stainless fastener 24A is to fix all of the diode stack 20A. |
