PURPOSE:To apply special reproduction without noise by storing a video signal data digitized at special reproduction in using a semiconductor memory in a memory by one field and reading the signal from the memory in a proper timing. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage level at an input terminal 7 is at an L level, the memory 5 is in the write mode and the output of an A/D converter 2 is written in the memory 5. A signal is sent also to a D/A converter 3 at the same time. An address clear signal is inputted from a terminal 9 to clear a write and read address designated by an address control circuit 6 at every write or read of the data for one field thereby designating the start point. Thus, the field obtaining a normal signal from the head is selected at special reproduction and written in the memory 5 and when much noise exists in the succeeding field, the data is read from the memory 5 and used as a reproduced picture, then the special reproduction without noise is attained.
