PURPOSE:To cope with high circuit integration by constituting a slave circuit in a Josephson integrated circuit with two gate circuits and two amplifiers so as to reduce the occupied area in integrating the circuit on an integrated circuit chip. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply current Ig rises at the start of each clock cycle, the current is divided for resistors 15 and 16 through a gate circuit 12. When the current is increased, a Josephson junction 10 or a gate 11 is switched. When wither a true signal or a complementary signal is outputted, since the output is a control current of the gate circuit 12, the gate circuit 12 is switched, a power supply current flows to a grounding face through a resistor 19 and the true and complementary signals are both not outputted. When either the true or the complementary signal is outputted, an amplifier circuit 13 or 14 is switched and the output is held during the cycle because of the property of latching given to a Josephson element.
