<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a paper jam due to paper curling, by installing a support member, supporting paper locally, on a paper housing plate of a deplex copying paper feed receiving tray, while making an unsupported part by the support member so as to be pressed from on the paper. CONSTITUTION:When paper (a), requiring the backside copying as single-side copying is over, is housed in a feed receiving tray, a curl correction plate 7 attached to a paper cover 3 to be rotated by a link plate 4 interlocking with a link to be rotated at a time when the paper (a) leaps in on a paper housing plate 2 via a jump block 1, opens from the housing plate 2. If the paper (a) rides on a projection plate 8, the correction plate 7 closes in a direction of the housing plate 2, pressing the paper (a) down, and the paper (a) is held in between the plate 7 and the projection plate 8 till a span of timing the succeeding paper (a) comes flying in. Therefore, a curl in the paper (a), if any, is straightened. Next, when copying operation on the backside is started, the paper (a) fully housed is discharged piece by piece to an image forming zone by rotation of a bottom roll 5 and a delivery roll 6 via a discharge passage.</p> |
