<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a tablet input device having sufficiently high light permeability by printing conductive past containing metallic powder on both the surfaces like screens, applying insulating resin films to both the surfaces excluding connecting parts and plating metal on the conductive paste screens. CONSTITUTION:Polyester, polycarbonate or polysulfone is appropriate to light- permeable insulating plastic 6. Even if the thickness of the insulating plastic film is about 10mum, the insulating property between conductors 4 and 5 can be sufficiently kept. A polyester or polysulfone material coated with coated with a hot metal type bonding agent is appropriate to insulating plastic films 7 having light permeability. A metal plating 9 is obtained by using a nickel plating 8 as its ground and plating gold on the ground to prevent the conductors from oxidation.</p> |
