<p>A plasma substitute is comprised of a water-soluble polymer which is biocompatible with phosphate, sulphate and/or sulphonate groups. These products are obtained by coupling the polymer with compounds containing phosphate, sulphate and sulphonate groups, which compounds are capable of fixing the hemoglobine by adsorption. Preferably, dextrane is used as polymer constituent and inositolhexaphosphate is used as hemoglobine-related compound.</p> |
