Wet disc brake arrangement for an axle with a first fluid circuit for a cooling liquid for cooling the set of discs of the brake arrangement, a second fluid system for a lubricating fluid for lubrication of the axle, with seals, which prevent the lubricating fluid flowing from the second circuit to the first circuit and the cooling liquid from the first circuit flowing to the second circuit, with a hollow chamber in the brake housing between the first and second fluid circuit, in which a lower pressure prevails than in each of the two fluid circuits, so that any cooling liquid getting round the seals is prevented from flowing further into the second fluid circuit and any lubricating fluid getting round the seals is prevented from flowing further into the first fluid circuit. <IMAGE>
