PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which forms an optionally cut surface having no burrs at all in extremely short time by bringing a disk-shaped blade into press contact with a material to be cut within the cutting line from above or below or one side thereof and moving relatively the blade to lance said material and cutting immediately the lance slit by laser light. CONSTITUTION:The disk-shaped rotary blade having a sharp edge is brought into press contact with the material to be cut onto the cuttig line thereof from above or below or one side thereof. The cutting line is lanced by moving rotationally the material to be cut or the blade. The narrow thickness part of the material is laser-cut by the laser beam device installed right after the advancing direction of the blade. The cut surface has no burrs at all and is cut to a prescribed surface shape by the shape of the blade. Since the narrow thin walled part is laser-cut, the cutting time is considerably reduced. |
