PURPOSE:To give adequate consideration to the inclination of a rotary frame and the impact applied to vehicle by providing an arc-shaped engagement piece on the rotary frame for mounting a rotary seat so that said arc-shaped engagement piece can engage with an arc-shaped engagement plate provided at a fixed frame side. CONSTITUTION:A disk-shaped fixed frame 17 is horizontally fixed to a car body and a rotary frame 1 is mounted on the corresponding fixed frame 17 with a shaft 19 at the center so as to freely rotate. An arc-shaped engagement plate 26 is provided in the fixed frame 17 and an arc-shaped engagement piece 7 is provided in the rotary frame 1 so as to engage with the arc-shaped engagement plate 26. Two sets of these arc-shaped engagement plate 26 and piece 7 are symmetrically provided while holding the shaft 19 between them. As a result, if any eccentric load is applied to the rotary frame 1, one arc-shaped engagement piece 7 moves downward and the other arc-shaped engagement piece 7 is checked in its upward movement by the lower surface of the arc- shaped engagement plate 26.
