PURPOSE:To dispose parts on a conveying machine surely in a layer and carry them out, by adjusting a gate level at an outlet of the adjusting chamber set up as adjoining an outlet capable of adjusting an opening area of a hopper lower part, while regulating it with injection air. CONSTITUTION:An opening area of an outlet 3 of a hopper 2 is adjusted with a vertically movable gate 4, while an adjusting chamber 6 is installed in a spot adjoining the gate. A gate 8 installed in an outlet 7 of the adjusting chamber 6 is made into being vertically movable, and a level of the outlet 7 is adjusted so as to become one layer portion for an article. In addition, a lot of nozzles 9 are installed in the gate 8 in arrangement, and compressed air is jetted out of the outlet 7 in an almost horizontal direction and toward the hopper 2 opposite to the outlet 7 free of injection pressure regulation. When articles are superposed on more than two stages with this injection, or when these articles stand upright, they should be accurately disposed on a conveying machine 1 in one layer. |
