PURPOSE:To input graphic data on two adjacent drawings as graphic data continuing through a border by forming a graphic processor, a synthetic processor, a vector processor, etc. to process graphic data. CONSTITUTION:In two drawings A, B having continuous data to be inputted, the right pattern arranged right from a straight line L of the drawing A and the left pattern arranged left from a straight line M of the drawing B are superposed. When the two drawings are to be connected, the graphic data of the drawings A, B read out by an image reader 1 are processed by the graphic processor 3 through a graphic memory 2 and point sequence data of the center line are found out. A reference line and a connection line are found out by the synthetic processor 6 through a point sequence data memory 4 on the basis of the point sequence data and the point sequence data are connected. The connected point sequence data are converted into vector information by a vector processor 7. Thus, the graphic data on two adjacent drawings can be inputted as graphic data continuing through the border. |
