摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the storage efficiency of an optical fiber cable and to reduce the complexity of operation by inserting connectors atop the 1st and the 2nd core groups into adapters of an adapter plate and storing the excessive- length part of a core on a receiving shelf. CONSTITUTION:Connectors 12 atop cores of optical fiber cables 10 in two groups are inserted into adapters 22 arranged zigzag in the adapter plate 30, the cores 11 are suspended by gravitation, led to a guide surface 35 without bending, and fixed by a fixture, and the excessive-length pat of a core is stored creeping on the receiving shelf 32. The receiving shelf 32 is made shallow to improve operativity and when a connector position is too close to the position of a bottom plate 34, the package density of parts increases, but a breakage becomes easy to occur at the folding point B of a core 11, so the adapters 22 are arranged zigzag. Consequently, the storage efficiency of the cables 10 is improved and the complexity of the operation is reduced.
