<p>Method and device for mixing and dissolving a gas (G) into a liquid (F), the latter being pressure-charged through an injector plate (12) in a reaction chamber (1) from which flows into a dissolution tank (2) through outlet openings (10) situated downwardly and on the side of the chamber a mixture of gas (G) and solution (L). The gas (G) enters by recirculation through inlet orifices (11) situated on top at the proximity of the nozzle plate (12). The dissolution tank (2) is filled at a medium pressure up to a level (N1) between the inlet and outlet openings (11, 10); the dissolved gas amount (G) is delivered through a gas flow regulator (5) and the solution (L) is discharged from the dissolution tank (2) through a regulation valve (24) as an oversaturated solution (UL) at a low pressure level. A form of execution of the nozzle plate (12) with peripheral injection nozzles and mixing nozzles provided inside is disclosed. A form of execution of the device for the aeration of water is illustrated.</p> |
