PURPOSE:To prevent crosstalk of talking channels and disturbance of the channels by repeating sequentially the storage of an idle channel at least to two areas at each area and storing a channel to adjacent memory elements at each area while a channel with an interval of 2 channels' interval is stored. CONSTITUTION:When both a base station and a mobile station are subject to queue, channel scan is applied and an idle channel is stored, and if consecu tive idle channels are 10-28 channels in the 1st channel group [1], the idle channels are selected as 10, 13, 16-28 and stored in the 1st area of the memory. This is similar when the 2nd and 3rd channel groups [2], [3] are stored respec tively in the 2nd and 3rd memory areas, and idle channels are stored in each group. In scanning the memory, the 1st memory area is scanned in the order of 1, 4, 7- channels, the idle channels are read in 10 channels and data are transmitted in the channels. Since adjacent channels have an interval of 2 channels, the interference between channels is eliminated sufficiently and the efficient channel is attained.
