PURPOSE:To imprint data sharply on a film by utilizing an active matrix panel as an LCD panel where data is imprinted. CONSTITUTION:A shutter is released and light from a lamp 6 is reflected by a reflecting mirror 5 to reach the surface of the film 1 through a TFT panel 2. A driving circuit block 4 controls the panel 2 by dots corresponding to previously stored data to transmit the light, thereby imprinting the data on the film 1. The panel 2 is connected by a connector 10 to a longitudinal and lateral gate driving circuit 8 and a source gate circuit 7 and the data is imprinted sharply; and a large-sized panel is constituted only by increasing the numbers of longitudinal and lateral electrodes.
