PURPOSE:To eliminate the limit utilizable for the control of frequency in the low speed range, by transmitting a pulse signal frequency on a pulse signal transmission line at the same frequency level as before in the high speed range and at a higher frequency level than before in the low speed range. CONSTITUTION:When the frequency fa of a pulse signal proportional to the rotational speed of a rotary machine generated with a pulse generator 14 is transmitted to a controller, a transmitter and a receiver are combined to transmit, for example, a pulse signal with the frequency fa proportional to the speed generated with the pulse generator 14 in the low rotational speed range of the rotary machine and a pulse signal with the frequency of fb=fa/n in the high rotational speed range. This enables the transmission at a higher frequency than the conventional system than ever in the low rotational speed without transmitting a high frequency pulse signal in a high rotational speed range. In this case, when the receiver receives a pulse signal with the frequency converted in the high rotational speed range, the signal is inputted into a frequency doubling circuit and outputted as frequency proportional to the revolutions of the rotary machine.
