PURPOSE:To provide a grid that can be easily manufactured and has a high vibration resistance by performing the brazing for fastening after multiple elements that make up the grid are stackd in the direction of thickness and inserting a fastening rod into the drilled hole to connect respective elements. CONSTITUTION:The hole 1 in the top of the wave of respective elements 2 is shaped in the form of burring, and its outer diameter fits into the hole 1 in the bottom. The respective elements are stacked up in the direction of thickness with the tops and bottoms of the adjacent elements fit with each other, and fastened by inserting a fastening rod 3 into these holes 1. The surface of the respective elements 2 and fastening rods 3 are applied with solder plating in advance. By placing them in the oven to melt the solder, they are fixedly connected into one unit by brazing. The frame is mounted to the perimeter of the grid main body so connected, and is connected by welding etc. |
