发明名称 FEEDER DEVICE OF CUTTING PROCESSING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a feed control to be correctly fine regulated for a tool and promote its stable feed control, by providing a threaded feed mechanism, which feeds the cutting tool directly from its back by a motor, and controlling a feed quantity of a workpiece by a load detection signal in a connection part so as to improve a response characteristic of feed quantity control. CONSTITUTION:A feeder device, turning on a motor 21 mounted onto the other end part of a bed 7 in a boring machine to rotate a workpiece W further turning on a servomotor 3, feeding a cutting tool 1 by turning a feed threaded shaft 2, to feed the cutting tool 1 in a direction of the workpiece W, performs cutting work. A built-in load detector 16, provided in a join 17 between the cutting tool 1 and the threaded shaft 2, detects a load, when it generates a change due to a foreign material or the like in the workpiece W during said cutting work, to be converted into an electric signal and fed to a numerical control device 20 set in a lateral side of the main unit of the boring machine. This control device 20, previously storing the optimum cutting feed quantity corresponding to the workpiece W and instructing the adjustment of a rotary speed of the servomotor 3 on the basis of detection data by the detector 16, controls a feed quantity per one revolution of the workpiece by regulating a feed quantity of the cutting tool 1.
