PURPOSE:To obtain expansion molded parts of beautiful appearance, by a method wherein about the manufacture of a plastic molding, a degassing opening which penetrates from the side of a cavity to the back surface is provided previously at the adequate position of a material piece containing expanding agents. CONSTITUTION:The resin material piece containing expanding agents is flux melted by the capacity current heating in a mold as well as molding parts of prescribed forms are obtained by decomposing expansion agents. Expanding agents containing material piece 20 is preformed previously so as to be suitable to the surface shape of the plastic mold, and subsequently filled in the cavity 35 of the molding tool 30. At this time, a degassing opening 23 which penetrates to the backside 22 from the cavity surface side 21 is formed at the adequate position of the material piece 20. By this, expansion parts of beautiful appearance can be obtained. This method is applied to the manufacture of car panels, etc. |
