PURPOSE:To provide with a control method of burning condition by a method wherein an unburnt content in ashes at furnace exitis assessed utilizing assesment data on an unburnt content in ashes produced by burners in each stage. CONSTITUTION:Based on information for burning flame by indivisual burner, an assessed index for unburnt contentin ashes is computed by an arithmetic unit block 5000, then an assessed index value 5001 is inputted in an assessment function block4000 for a unburnt content in ashes by respective burner, by which unburnt content in ashes by indivisual burner is computed, consequently, its assessed volume 1400 is sent to an assessment function block 4100 for an unburnt content in ashes by indivisual stage. In the above block 4100, an unburnt content in ashes for respective zone is assessed by utilizing the assessed volume 1400 for unburnt content in ashes by indivisual burner. Subsequently, utilizing an unburnt assessed volume in ashes for respective zones 1500 and also fuel supplying volume for the respective zone, an assessed volume 1502 for an unburnt content in ashes in the exit of the furnace is computed by an assessment function block 4300 for an unburnt content in ashes at the exit of the furnace, which is inputted in an air distribution volume allocating function block 4400, thereby distribution ratio of air supply volume of the respective zone is determined. An air volume distribution block 800 is incooporated with an air volume distribution demand 3310, which control and adjust its damper opening, and output of damper is decided by a operating air volume 3311. |
