PURPOSE:To improve an output power and to attain small size and light weight by providing the 2nd dielectric resonator taking the 2nd harmonic as the resonance frequency in the vicinity of a microstrip line connected to a drain and outputting the 2nd harmonic via the microstrip line. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric resonator 17 is provided near a position from the drain of the microstrip line 6 having a length of a half of the propagation wavelength of an original oscillation frequency connected to the drain of an FET3 apart by a 1/4 of the propagation wavelength of the original oscillation frequency, and an output terminal 14 is provided at a position opposite to the line 6 to the resonator 17 and an output of the 2nd harmonic is extracted from the terminal 14. Thus, the need for a BPF of the microstrip line is eliminated so as to make small in size and light in weight of the circuit. Further, the multiplex efficiency is improved to improve the output power.
