PURPOSE:To obtain a heat resisting structural body superior in thermal shock by composing the structural body of heat resisting alloy, and forming a heat resisting covered layer composed of specified ratios of CeO2 and ZrO2 at the surface through the combined layer. CONSTITUTION:The structural body composed of heat resisting alloy made of Ni base heat resisting alloy, etc. such as IN959 is coated with the combined layer of Ni base alloy such as highly corrosion resistant Ni-Cr-Al-Y system by about <=300mu. Next, the heat resisting covering layer composed of 5-65mol% CeO2 and 35-95mol% ZrO2 is formed by about 1mm. thickness. About <=20mol% Y2O3, CaO, MgO, etc. can be contained in the heat resisting covering layer, and CeO2 of about 100-300mu also can be provided between the combined layer and the heat resistive covering layer. Thereby, the heat resisting structural body having superior heat insulating, heat resisting characteristics is obtained. |
