Female lug (2) for an electrical connection (1) presenting a housing (23) for the male tongue (3) of the connection (1) and composed of a sole (12), a half-body (13) and two lateral walls (14, 15) whose two free edges (18, 19) are bent round above the sole (12), the latter having a locking lug (27) provided with a locking stop (4) ratching into a slit (5) made in the male tongue (3), the free extremity of this lug (27) projecting beyond the ear sides (34, 35) of the edges bent round to form the release mechanism (11), subject to a downward deflection, this locing lug (27) provided with a locking stop (4à) comprising a U-shaped cutout, the frontal cutout of which is situated on the side of the locking stop (4), this cutout defining a tongue (32) bent back practically perpendicular to the lug (27) upwards and projecting beyond the rear sides (34, 35) of the bent-over edges of the two lateral walls (14, 15) in one piece with the sole (12), said tongue (32) comprising an upper extremity (36) bent back in the direction of the half-body (13), this female lug (2) being characterized by the fact that it comprises means of limiting the downward deflection of the mechanism (11) for the release of the male tongue (3) on the unlocking of the connection (1) while cooperating with the means of blocking of an insulating box (45) to ensure the connection between the female lug (2) and an insulating box (45).</p> |
