PURPOSE:To improve voltage-proof property of a picture tube, by connecting the anode button and the conductive coating of the neck portion through a conductive metal buried in the cone portion. CONSTITUTION:The anode button 9 buried in the funnel cone portion 2a is connected to the conductive coating 8 in the neck portion 2b. By forming in this way, a high voltage fed from the button 9, when the high voltage is applied, is equal to be applied directly between the electrodes, obtaining a sufficient electrode performance to demonstrate an excellent voltage-proof property. |
