PURPOSE:To automate carry-in/carry-out between waiting and machining stations while to lengthen the moving distance when feeding out by engaging a pallet continuously upto finish of pitch motion of movable section when carrying in a pallet while disengaging prior to finish of pitch motion when carrying out the pallet. CONSTITUTION:When performing pitch motion of X-axis movable base 16, an engaging rod device 50R to be functioned on the basis of a control signal Qg from a control unit 65 will keep engagement of block member 62 where an engaging rod member 54R is attached to a pallet 42A until the pitch motion of the base 16 will finish thus to automate carrying-in. Under pitch motion of base 16, an engaging rod device 50L will retract the engaging rod member 54L through function of an air-cylinder 56L on the basis of a control signal Qf prior to finish of the pitch motion of the base 16 thus to disengage the block member 60 attached to the pallet 42B. Consequently, the pallet 42B will move through inertia to the position further than the carry-out station thus to automate carry-out. |
