PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device and to reduce the cost by providing the press fitting device to press in the axial line direction as well as to support with the shaft the both end parts of a work and by welding the joining part with rotating the work. CONSTITUTION:A work W is supported by the center pin 50 of the first shaft 38 fitted to a driving device 20 and the center pin 88 of the second shaft 86 fitted to a press fit device 22. The respective joining part of the work 1, W2 and W2, W3 is press-fitted with the pressing of the work W3 to the left part by a piston member when the cylinder of a press-fit device 22 is driven with the state of positioning and holding the work W. A welding is performed then by rotating the joining part of the work W2, W3 and work W1, W2 with torches 182a, 182b. With this method, both works of press-fit and welding can be executed by the same device simultaneously, and the miniaturization of the device and cost reduction are enabled. |
