PURPOSE:To regulate the machining conditions automatically by coupling a float arranged in water tank with a table for bearing a work then moving up and down stably then performing smooth upward feeding motion of wiresaw through buoyancy of the float. CONSTITUTION:Under high relative lifting speed of coupling rod 14 between a float 13 and a bearing table 11, higher tensile stress will function in a load cell 26 while under low speed, compressive stress will function in the load cell 26 between a member 25 and a control rod 23 to show variation of electrical signal of proportional amount in the opposite direction on an indicator 26'. Said variation is fed to a solenoid valve 13' to open it thus to regulate the buoyancy of the float 13. When there is no modification in other machining conditions, increase/decrease of said buoyancy or the increase/decrease of the pressing force will directly cause increase/decrease of the machining speed and lifting/lowering of work or the coupling rod 14 thus to maintain pressing force corresponding with the setting rotary speed of motor 21. |
