PURPOSE:To facilitate installing and handling of the title item by a method wherein an insulating oil is put into a boosting transformer and a relief valve for adjusting internal pressure is provided. CONSTITUTION:An insulating oil is filled up in a sealed container 100 of a boosting transformer 1 and a winding section 112 constituted by a core and the primary and the secondary winding wound by the core is fixed to the container 100 by an insulated body 113, then is dipped into the insulation oil 110. An insulator 105, 108 and a relief valve 7 are fixed on the upper face of the container 100. Since the boosting transformer is in the insulating oil in this manner, high electric power can be supported to a laser device and also the trouble related to temperature rise by supply of high electric power can be saved by the relief valve, so the device to cool the transformer unnecessitates. |
