PURPOSE:To obtain excellent microcracking resistance performance by coating a coating material contg. specific % of H on a core wire contg. specific % each of Ni, Cr, C, Si, Nb, Cu, N, H and Fe. CONSTITUTION:This welding rod is constituted by coating the coating material contg. <=0.05% H to the core wire contg., by weight %, >=60 Ni, 10-30 Cr, 0.01-0.15 C, 0.02-0.50 >=, 0.3-4.0 Nb, 0.001-0.20 Cu, 0.001-0.051 N, <=0.0005 H and consisting of the balance Fe. This welding rod is good in all the performances including the resistance to solidification cracking, strength, ductility, toughness, microcracking resistance and bending performance. |
