PURPOSE:To permit remote control due to initial sealing in spite of an operation mode of an air conditioner by a method whrein a reset operation of the air conditioner which is an object to be controlled is effected by the electric source opening and closing device of a control signal output section. CONSTITUTION:In case the air conditioner 6 which is the object to be controlled from the remote control operation section 1 is operated, the electric source once becomes OFF condition 11a during OFF time T1 only by the operation of the electricsource opening and closing device 4 and the operation of the air conditioner 6 is stopped. After OFF time T1 has passed, the output 8 of the electric source opening and closing device 4 is returned to the normal condition. The output 9 of an operational signal output device 5 becomes the operational signal output condition 12 during set time T2 only after the initial setting time T2 of the air conditioner 6 has passed and the operational signal is outputted from the operational signal output device 5 to the operational signal receiving part 7 of the air conditioner. Thereafter, the output 9 of the operational signal output device 5 is returned to the normal condition, the air conditioner operation condition output 10 becomes the air conditioner ON condition 13 and the operation of the air conditioner 6 may be started.
