PURPOSE:To increase the utilization rate of equipments by arranging two pieces of slidable free pistons inside the cylindrical hole of a carry-in body and by moving two pieces of pressure welding materials in the direction opposing each other via compressed air. CONSTITUTION:The carrying-in body 30 equipping the cylindrical hole 31 to hold two pieces of pressure welding materials W1, W2 is arranged movably horizontally and reciprocatingly between the reception position and delivery position of pressure welding material by a shifting cylinder 33. The carring-in body 30 is composed of two pieces of cylindrical bodies 34 and the supporting body 35 to support them with fitting and the free piston 39 having small diameter part on the tip respectively is provided inside the cylindrical hole 31. The pressure welding materials W1, W2 are fed into the cylindrical hole 31 from the hopper a piece by piece at the pressure welding material reception position, then the piston 39 pushes surely the pressure welding materials W1, W2 to a chuck 24, clamp 27 by compressed air at the delivery position. With this method the utilization rate of the equipment is increased. |
