PURPOSE:To supply continuously a constant amt. of a powdery material at a specified set rate by inserting the front opening part of a hopper into an annular transport passage, and controlling the pressure of the layer of a naturally falling powder material by the first gate provided to the front opening part of the hopper. CONSTITUTION:A powdery material A in a hopper 2 falls naturally from the front opening part 3 of the hopper into an annular transport passage 6 of a supply disk 1 revolving at a constant speed, and the horizontal width of the transport amt. is controlled by side walls 6a and 6b of the transport passage. Besides, the thickness of the transport layer is controlled by the first gate 4 furnished to the front opening part 3 side, and the material is moved to the discharge port side. The second gate 5 is furnished on the discharge port 7 side, and the whole amt. of the material can be discharged accurately into the discharge port 7. The thickness of the layer of the powdery material transported can be regulated by the control of the lift of the first gate 4, the transport amt. can be regulated, and the supply of the material can be adjusted by controlling the rotating speed of the supply disk 1.
