Disclosed is a process and apparatus for producing a television receiver screen image which appears three-dimensional when viewed through anaglyphic eye glasses. The image is produced from monoscopic image signals representing monoscopic images in timed sequence, by superimposing two partial images which are mutually offset by a selected partial image distance, in complementary colours matched with the anaglyphic eye glasses, each of the partial images being derived in the form of a colour excerpt from the same monoscopic image. The apparatus is simple and inexpensive.
|
