<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of a mode setting register, etc., so as to simplify a microcomputer in circuit, by recording the fixed program of a customer and data for setting modes in one ROM. CONSTITUTION:When a customer program is written in an ICROM by using a mask with an one-chip microcomputer, the customer program is implemented in such a way that data for setting input-output terminals of a memory and setting operation modes after reset for performing memory allocation, etc., are also recorded in the ICROM together with the program by using the mask and the operation modes are set by using the data after reset. The necessity of a mode setting register, mode set inputting circuit, and lead terminal associated with the register is eliminated from the microcomputer so as to simplify the microcomputer in circuit.</p> |
