Phenylurea herbicides

Novel compounds of the formula <IMAGE> wherein D is hydrogen, halogen, (halo)alkyl or (halo)alkoxy; R is hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxy and R1 is the hydrocarbyl residue of a saturated oxygen-heterocyclic alcohol, are useful as herbicides.
